Chris Norris began writing articles for fitness magazines in the late 1980’s and published his first book (Weight training, A&C Black) in 1993. Since then he has written literally hundreds of articles for fitness, health, and therapy magazines and scientific journals. Dr Norris has published fourteen books, many of which have gone into new editions and have been published in several languages. His most recent book Sports & Soft Tissue Injuries (Routledge 2019) is in its 5th edition and, after 25 years in print is one of the best known sports injuries textbooks used by students on therapy and exercise related courses across the globe.
